بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم 2
بسم الله  و بالله  یا رب الملائیکة  و رب الانبیاء والمرسلین  و [ + 2] 3
و ریح الاحمر را یا(؟) خالق و خالقهم یا ذالجلال و الجمال سبحانه 4
تسبیحا به اقطار السموات والارض و کان الله بکل شی ء علیما 5
بلا حول ولا قوة الا بالله علی العظیم  و ننزل من القران  6
ما هو شفا و رحمت للمومنین ولا یزید الظالمین الا خسارا 7
فسه یکفیکهم الله و هو سمیع علیم. 8
ترجمه
Folio:
1 Erysipelas prayer
2 In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
3 In the name of God, and by God. O Lord of the angels, and Lord of the prophets and the messengers, and [+2]
4 Erysipelas [+1], o my Creator and their Creator, o possessor of majesty and beauty, glorified is He.
5 Glorification to Him from all corners of the heavens and the earth, and  He is All-Knowing.
6 There is no power and no strength except through God, the most high, the magnificent.  We send down as part of the Recitation
7 that which is a healing and a mercy from the believers, but it increases the wrongdoers only in loss.
8 God will suffice you in dealing with them – He is the Hearer and the Knower –
