    این خطیست کی نبشته آمد از اقرار خربشار بن [+ 1] 2
    در حال تندرستی [و] هوشیاری عقل [بران جمله (؟)] 3
    که بر ما دارد قاضی امام اجل ظهر دولت 4
    از جو سپید شست من نیمه بود سی من حـ[ـق] 5
     واجب فام لازم حاله تا ادراک غله بدهـ[ـیم] 6
     هیچ عذری نیاریم بگوای کسان حاضـ[ـر] 7
     بتاریخ ماه مضفر سنۀ احدی و ثمانین [ +1]  8
    مائه 9
10 کتب علی بن محمد علی غازی بخطه وشهد بذالک اسرافیل بن الحسن بخطه ابوبکر غوری [+ 2]
11 و شهد بذالک زبیر بن محمود بامره محمد بن مسعود صاعد بیده  
ترجمه
Folio:
1     In the name of God, the merciful, the compassionate.
2     This is a document that has been written regarding the acknowledgement by Khārbashār b. [+ 2]
3     [made] in soundness of body [and] mind, namely:
4     “We owe the illustrious qāḍī [and] imām, Ẓahr-i Dawlat,
5     60 mann of white barley, half of which is 30 mann. [It is] a
6     binding obligation, an obligatory debt. We shall pay between now and the ripening of the grain.
7     We shall not delay. [It was written] in the presence of witnesses
8     on the date of the auspicious month [of Ṣafar], in the year [?]81.
9 ʿAlī b. Muḥammad [b.] ʿAlī Ghāzī wrote [it] in his hand.
 		 Isrāfīl b. al-Ḥasan was a witness to this [and wrote it] in his hand. Abū Bakr Ghūrī [+2]
10   Muḥammad b. Masʿūd [b.] Ṣāʿid [wrote it] in his hand. Zubayr (?) b. Maḥmūd was a witness to this [and it was written] at his order.
