ما شهد عليه يحيى بن حبة والعذافر بن صفون 2
وعبد الله مولى حرث ومحمد بن سعيد 3
وعبد الله بن سليمن وخاقان بن قدودى 4
وخالد بن شيبان وشهدوا على ان هذه 5
الجارية حمرة ابنت مير اوصت عيسى 6
بن سالم وقبض مهرها خمس مية درهم 7
وما كان لها من قليل او كثير من مهر او غيره 8
على خيب بن نشبود وان وصى خيب 9
خلا لها سبيلها فليس له عليها 10
دعوى ولا خصومة وقد برئت منه 11
ترجمه
Folio:
1 In the name of God, the Merciful and Compassionate. This is
2 what was testified by Yaḥyā b. Ḥabba, al-ʿUdhāfir b. Sṭafwān,
3 ʿAbdallāh the client of Ḥārith, Muḥammad b. Saʿīd,
4 ʿAbdallāh b. Sulaymān, Khāqān b. Frōdā [??]
5 and Khālid b. Shaybān. They testified to the fact that this
6 girl Ḥamra, the daughter of Mīr, has appointed ʿĪsā
7 b. Sālim as her legatee and he has received her dowry, five hundred dirhams,
8 and what she is owed, of any amount, with regard to dowry and anything else
9 by Khīb b. Nashbūd, and that the legatee of Khīb
10 has granted her freedom of action and has no
11 claim or contention over her and she has been released from him.
