Folio:
1 In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
2 What is the [judgement] of the qāḍī, the exalted imam [+/- 3]
3 may God prolong his excellence and his stature: [Someone +/-2]
4 sold and gave a cheque of sale. He (?) ordered [+/- 4].
5 There is another person [who claims] ownership (?) and has evidence (?) [+/- 3]
6 that he has usufruct rights. Now (?), [+/- 3]
7 does the cheque he has - which states that he is the current controller of the property -
8 [need to be] revoked (?), until the seller of the property provides proof [of ownership]?
9 [Until then,] does the property remain under the control of the current possessor [+/- 2]?
