هذا ما اعتق غالب بن نافع اعتق زرن 2
ام ولد سعيد مولاه وولدها ام عبد 3
الله بنت سعيد وعمر بن سعيد 4
ومسلم بن سعيد ونصر [بن] سعيد 5
عتقهم لوجه ليس لاحد عليهم 6
سبيل الا سبيل الولا شهد 7
طلحة بن خليد وعمير بن سليم ويحيى بن 8
عارض والحكم بن الطل ويحيى بن طلحة 9
وسام مولى غالب وحريث بن اعين 10
وعبد الله بن طرخان وكتب 11
فى صفر سنة ثمان وثلثين ومية 12
ترجمه
Folio:
1 In the name of God, the Merciful and Compassionate.
2 This is what Ghālib b. Nāfiʿ emancipated. He emancipated Zeran,
3 the umm walad of Saʿīd, his client, and her children, Umm ʿAbd
4 Allāh bt. Saʿīd, ʿUmar b. Saʿīd,
5 Muslim b. Saʿīd and Naṣr [b.] Saʿīd.
6 He emancipated them for the sake of God. Nobody has
7 any right over them except the right of patronage. It has been witnessed
8 by Ṭalḥa b. Khulayd, ʿUmayr b. Salīm, Yaḥyā b.
9 ʿĀriḍ, al-Ḥakam b. al-Ṭall, Yaḥyā b. Ṭalḥa,
10 Sām, the freedman of Ghālib, Ḥarīth b. Aʿyan
11 and ʿAbdallāh b. Ṭarkhān. It has been written
12 in Ṣafar of the year one hundred and thirty-eight.

Inscription

The bulla contains seven impressions. One of these contains a textual impression with the name "ʿAbdallāh b. Ṭarkhān" inscribed. The remainder are of blank seals and thumbnail marks.
