This is a marriage contract that determines the dower offered by the husband to his bride. The dower consists of 1,500 official silver dinars at a specified exchange rate. It appears that an additional element was added to the dower, namely a plot of land and three housing units in a place called Kamand-i Rāgh.

ترجمه
Folio:
1 God is one who opens gates.
2 Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm has acknowledged, in a state of good health and well-being
3 and capable [to undertake legal] action, the following: He has offered in marriage a woman, 
4 [who is] the daughter of the esteemed ʿAlī b. Ḥusayn b. Ḥasan [and] is called Khadīja, 
5 for 1,500 official silver dinars – 
6 which, at the current rate, exchanges at thirty dinars to one gold dinar.
7 With this dower and [+ 1], he has acknowledged that the marriage was concluded. 
8 He has asked that this document be written
9 as proof, on the 2nd of Rabīʿ II
10 in the year 594.
11 One parcel of land                                           Muḥammad b. Ismāʿīl, acknowledged and wrote it in his hand.
12 and three [housing] units in Kamand-i Rāgh
13 circumscribed by four boundaries:                                The third boundary is the road.
14 The first boundary [is]
15 the land of Aḥmad b. ʿAbd al-Jalīl
16 The second boundary is the water stream.
17 (Margin:) The fourth boundary is another stream.
18 I have been called to witness his acknowledgement. Muḥammad b. Aḥmad b. Abū al-Ḥasan [wrote it] in his hand.
19 ʿAlī b. Muḥammad b. Ḥusayn acknowledged and it was written at his instruction.
20 (Margin:) The join is valid. [Written] in the hand of the scribe, Muḥammad b. Ismāʿīl.
21 Amīrān b. Ḥusayn b. Ḥasan acknowledged and wrote it. He wrote it on behalf and at the instruction of ʿAlī b. Muḥammad Samarqandī, ʿAlī b. Ḥusayn b. ʿAlī, and Muḥammad b. Aḥmad.
22 ʿAlī b. Ibrāhīm and Abū Bakr b. Ibrāhīm acknowledged, and it was written at their instruction.
