A dated historical treatise in Early Judeo-Persian. The transcribed section begins in the format of an abbreviated Seder Olam and has the date of writing (at least the date of composition, which was apparently in Hebrew - this is shown by the order of words in the sentences in Persian).

Left side of bifolio

1 (it) was a thousand years. From the giving of the Torah to the building of the Temple
2 480 years, and from the building until the destruction of the house 
3 of the Temple 410 years, and from building the destruction [+/- 1] [and until] the time when Ezra
4 re-built (it) 70 years. And [+/- 1] of the kings
5 of the ancient Israelites: Saul was 2 years, David 40 years, Solomon
6 40 years, Rehoboam 17 years, Abia 8 years, Asa 41 years,
7 Jehoshaphat 25 years, Ahaziah 1 year, Ataliah 6 years,
8 Amaziah 29 years, Azariah 52 years, Amo[n 2] years,
9 Josiah 31 years, Zedekiah 11 years. The kingship of
10 Nebuchadnezzar was slightly over 70 years by two years, then after him Evil-
11 Merodach son of Nebuchadnezzar 23 years, Belshazzar 3 years, and then
12 the kingship of Nebuchadnezzar was cut short and the kingship 
13 was vacated. Darius: kingship one year and Cyrus
14 son of Darius 3 years and it was cut short in the middle, and after him
15 Ahasuerus 14 years, and then Darius son of Esther one year,
16 before they built it (i.e. the Temple) again and then they destroyed
17 it (?), for 35 years there was a king / there was a queen, (until) the Greeks came.

1  Alexander the Greek was king for twelve years, and they count the Era of the Documents
2 from the beginning of his (reign). For example, today 
3 we live in the year 1258: This
4 [+/- 2] has been written that it it necessary for 
5 the dispersal and exile of the people of Israel to pass, and He will give us again the country of the Land of Israel
6 for building His Temple. 
7 The Redeemer will come speedily in our days for the sake of His name, Amen and Amen.
8 From the day when the world was created until [our] time
9 we count a total of 4,000 (and) 54 years, as has been written in the Scriptures,
10 consisting of: From the creation of man to the flood
11 a thousand years (and) 56 years passed, from the flood to the generation of separation
12 340 years, from the generation of separation to the birth of Isaac 52 years,
13 from the birth of Isaac to the birth of Jacob there were 60 years, from
14 the birth of Jacob to their going to Egypt 130 years, and from the descent
15 of Jacob to the time when the people of Israel left Egypt 210
16 years, and from that day when Israel left Egypt
17 until  Solomon ben David, king of Israel, (built) the Temple
