این ذکر است کی نبشته امد بمشهد ان کسان کی نام ایشان در اخر این ذکر نبشته اید 2
کی صلح کرد عایشه ابنت محمد بن طاهر با براذر خویش دانشمند علی بن محمد بن طاهر از جهت 3
میراث کي او را بود با وي از مادر و پذر بطوع و رغبت بی کرهی و جوري در حال تن‌درستي 4
و جواز امر کي هر میراث کي او را می‌امد صلح کرد با وي بدو در خانه از وار با (؟) 5
حدود معلوم و ان فراخي کی بر در آن خانها بود بچهار حد معلوم. یک حد دیوال سرای 6
و چرخ و دیگر زمین (؟) اسد (؟) الدین (؟) بن حلیم (؟) و سدیگر کوی و چهارم دیوال نارستان و یک برون (؟) 7
نار شیرین کی بر سر دیوال است و دو بنه گوز بمحله خرین و هر قسمت کی ایشانرا 8
انجا بود و یک بنه کاغراغ هم بخرین بن کژ. صلح کرد بدین جایها کی یاد کرده امد 9
با برادر خویش دانشمند علی واین جایها ازوی قبض کرد درملک خویش گردانید 10
ودانشمند علی این جایها بوی تسلیم کرد. و هر میراث کی این عایشه را می‌امد از 11
زمینان کوه کی ایشانرا بشرکه بود از جهت میراث و رز و درختان و سرای و جایها 12
دیگر همه بدین برادر خویش بازگذاشت و از همه خصومتها تبرا کرد و او را بحل کرد 13
بطوع و طیبت. و ذلک فی یوم الثلثا ثلثه عشر لیلة بقیت من جمیدالاولی سنه 14
ثلث و سبعین واربع مایه. 15
16 و شهد علی [ذلک] حسین بن حسین و کتب عنده بامره
17 و شهد علی ذلک احمد المبارک
18 و شهد علی ذلک محمد بن علی و کتب بخطه
ترجمه
Folio:
1 In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
2 This document has been written, and testified by those peoples whose names appear at the end of this document.
3 ʿĀyishā daughter of Muḥammad b. Ṭahir has settled with her brother, the scholar ʿAlī b. Muḥammad b. Ṭahir, on the 
4 inheritance which is hers from her mother and father, in a state of good health and of her own volition and desire, without coercion or force, in a state of sound body, and with
5 legal capacity to act. She has agreed to transfer to her brother all the inheritance that was hers [in exchange] for two well-demarcated houses [adjacent to one another?]
6 and the wide space that is in front of those houses along four boundaries. The first boundary is the wall of the villa and 
7 the well. The second [boundary] is the land (?) of Asad al-Dīn b. Ḥalīm (?). The third [boundary] is the road. The fourth [boundary] is the wall of the pomegranate grove.
8 [She also received] a sweet pomegranate tree at the end (?) of the wall and two walnut trees located in the Kharīn neighbourhood and the shares that belonged to them
9 there, as well as one ‘kāghrāgh’ tree in Bunkazh Kharīn. She settled for these mentioned places
10 from her brother, the scholar ʿAlī, and received these places from him and made them her own property.
11 The scholar ʿAlī gave her these places. [In exchange,] ʿĀyishā has handed over her inheritance of
12 mountainous land in which she held inherited shares – including a vineyard, trees, villas and other places –
13 to her brother. She has renounced all claims and has forgiven him,
14 of her own volition and desire. This [was written] on Tuesday, 13 nights remaining of Jumīd al-awlā  in the year
15 473.
16 Ḥusayn b. Ḥusayn has witnessed this, and it was written in his presence at his order.
17 Aḥmad al-Mubārak has witnessed this.
18 Muḥammad b. ʿAlī and it was written in his hand.
