This document seems to record the payment of a certain official, the frašn-hargarīg, for doing his job, although it is unclear who exactly has paid him and in what. Weber suggests that there are three layers to the payment: Dēn-abzānēd is recorded as the one who paid the frašn-hargarīg, but a certain Xwadāgerd, being “in charge of distributing payments”, is the one who gave the frašn-hargarīg the money, which actually ultimately stems from the “fund” of yet another person, Dēn-abzūd.
