لله الحمد والمنه 1
همیشه روزگار خدا[وند +/- 2] اسد الدولة والدین الغ جاندار بک 2
ادام الله اقباله بخیر (؟) [+ 4] موید و معین عرضه [می (؟)] دارد 3
کمترین بندگان حبشی (؟) رسولداد کی [خـ]ـصم بی دل است و (؟) [+/- 2] دارد 4
و جماعتی ورزندگان اند و [+ 4] کرده است کی 5
بنده را از اسپ [+/- 3] است (؟) و درویش حال 6
گشتست پیش ازین چند (؟) [+/- 3] همانا بر رای 7
خداوندی دام اقباله عرضه داشـ[ـتـ]ـه باشند امید بکرم 8
و بزرگواری خدا[وند +/- 4] بنده [+ 1] قدری (؟) 9
[+/- 6] همانا عند الله ضایع نماند 10
[+/- 5 هـ]ـزاران پاینده و فزاینده باد 11
Translation
Folio:
1 Praise and thanks to God.
2 [May] the life of the lord [+/- 2] Asad al-Dawla wal-Dīn, Ulugh Jāndār Bīk,
3 May God extend his fortune, [be] prosperous [+/3]. [May God almighty be your] helper and defender.
4 The lowest of servants, Ḥabashī (?) b. Rasūldād, asks that he is a heartless adversary and (?) holds [+/- 2].
5 They are a peasant community and he has committed [+ 4], to such a degree that
6 this servant [+/- 3] of a horse, and has become impoverished. 
7 Prior to this, several (?) [+/- 3]. … This servant hopes that,
8 by the lord’s benevolence and glory, [+/- 4] a little
9 [+/- 6] Indeed, it shall not remain lost before God.
10 [+/- 4] thousands [+/- 1] may be perpetual and flourishing.
