A report concerning the apprehension of the fugitive slave called Zīrak by Jamāl
al-Dawla Maḥmūd b. Maḥmūd and Shujāʿ al-Mulk Muḥammad b. Ḥasan. The slave was
handed over to Altumish, the bodyguard, who serves the royal chamberlain.

بالا که گریخته آمده بود و جمال‌ الدوله 3
محمود بن محمود و شجاع‌ الملک محمد بن حسین 4
گرفته بود بعد اقرار بدین از خیل 5
به (؟) التمش (؟) جاندار از خیل امیر 6
اجل کبیر خاص حاجب آمد نبشته‌ 7
بسرای امیر خاص حاجب آورد 8
و بحضوری جماعتی از ثقات بدو سپرد [+ 1] 9
و او قبض کرد و برد و ذلک فی سلخ 10
رجب سنه اربع عشر و ستمائه 11
