Folio:
1 [To ...]ngin the tarkhan, (my) dear brother, greetings (and) homage from Kulw[ara]z,
2 the c[ommander of the] a[rmy](?) of Garokan. And then I would be more [happy] when
3 [I] my[self might see you] hea[lthy]. [Moreover, a letter] has come h[ither f]rom you, [so I]
4 [have heard how you have written] to me, and (as for) what [you have] written [to me] thus:
5 “I . . . in . . .”, [whatever]
6-7 comm[and you] may [have for me], command me, and I [promise] (to do) this business accordingly—I am not disloyal! And (as for) what
