و السلاطین پهلوان خراسان در پایندگی اقبال دو[لت] 6
هزار سال باد ایزد تعالی حافظ ناصر معین خدمت 7
زمین بوس بنده تامل فرماید و آرزومندی بیافت 8
سعادت خدمت بسیار است بزودی آن سعادت 9
خدمت میسر باد این خدمت مقصور شده بر مفتی 10
مولانا قاضی امام اوحد الدین رضی الاسلام 11
مفتی الشرف کی مگر پیش از این دو پاره زمین 12
از شار بهزاد پیش از بیع خداوند ملک الامرا 13
عز نصره دران مقالات بسیار می‌ رفت زمستان 14
کی بحضرت کالیون رفته بود خداوند ملک الامرا 15
عز نصره بهای آن دو پاره زمین براتی فرموده 16
بود بر حسن چوپان بنده دران خبر دارد 17
خداوندی کند فرماید تا آن براة بر حکم 18
فرمان برسانند کی قاضی امام مرد دعاگوی 19
قدیم است خدمت‌های پسندیده کرده است 20
دیگر اسپی ازانی محمد مشرف احمد الله کی بدو 21
داده ایم بر محمد مشرف هنوز از معاملت 22
پیشین مبلغی زر داشت خداوند ملک الامرا 23
عز نصره دران خبر دارد اسپ بدان سبب بوی 24
داده ایم قباله‌ی کی سفهسالار ابوالقاسم صد دینار 25
بگرو داشت از بهای آن اسپ صد دینار زر 26
قاضی امام بگزارده است تا قباله باز استدیم 27
تا رای خداوندی را معلوم باشد بنده 28
منتظرست فرمان خداوندی را تا آنچ مثال 29
دهد شرط خدمت بجای آورده شود 30

Translation
Folio:
1                                                                                                             The slave
2                                                                                                             ʿUmar b. Īzadyār
3 In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate.
4 May the life of the beneficent lord, the illustrious, great, God-assisted amīr, the isfahsālār,
5 Asad al-Dawla wal-Dīn, the warrior of Islam and of the Muslims, the support of kings
6 and sultans, the champion of Khurāsān, and the continuous fortune of the state
7 last a thousand years. [May] God almighty [be your] protector, helper and defender.
8 This ground-kissing slave would be grateful if he (i.e., the lord) gave this letter (lit., “service”) due consideration.
9 [My] longing for the good fortune of seeing [him] is great, and may the good fortune
10 of seeing [him] come soon. 
11 This brief letter concerns the muftī,
12 our lord, the qāḍī, the imām, Awḥad al-Dīn, the pleaser of Islām,
13 the noble muftī, [regarding the issue] that prior to the sale of two parcels of land
14 from Shār Bihzād to the lord, malik al-umarā,
15 may his victory be strengthened – and we discussed this at length, and [last] winter,
16 the lord, malik al-umarā, may his victory be strengthened, traveled to the city of Kāliyūn, –
17 the lord ordered Ḥasan-i Chūpān [to deliver] a cheque for the value of the two parcels of land.
18 The slave knows [i.e., I know] this.
19 If you could kindly order the delivery of the cheque in accordance with the [previous] order.
20 The qāḍī, the imām [i.e., the muftī], has been a long-standing well-wisher [of the authorities] and has performed laudable services.
21 Another issue concerns the horse belonging to the overseer Muḥammad b. Aḥmad Allāh, which we gave to him.
22 There is still an amount of gold owed by Muḥammad the overseer from the previous transaction. 
23 The lord, malik al-umarā,
24 may his victory be strengthened, is aware of this (and) this is why we gave him the horse.
25 [Regarding the] contract on the isfahsālār Abū al-Qāsim’s  
26 pledge of 100 dīnārs, [the following occurred:] Based on the value of the horse,
27 the qāḍī, the imām paid the 100 gold dīnārs. As a result, we took the contract back
28 until the lord clarifies his decision [on what to do next].
29 The slave awaits his order, and whatever he orders
30 shall be carried out.
31 Many thanks. God willing.
32 May the life of the beneficent lord, the illustrious, great, God-assisted amīr, the isfahsālār,
33 Asad al-Dawla wal-Dīn, the warrior of
34 Islam and Muslims, the supporter of rulers and sultans,
35 the glory of the amīrs, the hero of Khurāsān, and may the continuous
36 fortune of the state last a thousand years.
