 مقر آمد منصور بن ابی العباس بتـ[ـن] درستی او بعقل تمام في جوری ستبی بطوع خوش منشی فران سبیل 2
 که داد فاید مرا مر ابی نصر بن دانیال را ڣانزده طاس گندم که نیمه آن باشد تا هفت او نیم طاس حـ[ـقی] 3
  واجب وامی لازم مرا از این فاز گشت نیست تا این حق براوي تسلیم نکنیم حاله این تا عا 4
 شش ماه پوسته واین خط نبشته آمد روز دو شنبه ده روز گذشته از ماه محرم سنه ثمان عشر واربع مایه 5

Translation
Folio:
1  In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
2  Manṣūr b. Abī al-ʿAbbās acknowledged in sound bo[dy] and perfect mind, without any oppression or force, of (his own) free will (and) volition concerning the (following) matter:
3  “It is incumbent upon me to give Abū Naṣr b. Dāniyāl fifteen bowls of wheat, half of which being up to seven and a half bowls. (It is) a binding obli[gation],
4  an obligatory debt. I cannot revoke this as long as I do not deliver to him this debt”. This is to be transferred within
5  six consecutive months. This document was written on Monday, ten days passed from the month of Muḥarram, in the year four hundred and eighteen

Witness Clauses

6  Aḥmad b. Abī Muḥammad b. ʿAbd Allāh [was a wi]tness [t]o his acknowledgment and he wrote (it) in his handwriting. Valid.
7  Muḥammad b. Abī al-ʿAbbās b. Abī ʿUmar was a witness to that which is in it and he wrote (it) in his handwriting.
8  Aḥmad b. ʿAlī b. Abī Bakr al-Marwī was a witness [and] he wrote (it) in his handwriting.
9  Shāh b. Abī al-Ḥasan from al-Jūzjān was a witness and he wrote (it) in his handwriting.
1 The document of Maṣūrak the Rūkhaj Bahārī, from Zēr-i Rahbān, (the year) 1338. The document of (the month) of Adar, to be transferred within six months, fifteen bowls of wheat.
