می‌ گوید کی تو وکیل بوده ای کی پدر این خواهرزاده تو  2
چنین گفته است کی از جهت پسر من در آن ولایت مگر قدری  3
اسباب خری این لفض وکیلي باشد یا نی بیان فرماید  4
و نه گفت ترا وکیل کردم و یا ترا فرمودم ازین لفض   5
هیچ نبودست بیان فرمایند  6
این لفظ توکیل نباشد  7
والله اعلم  8
Translation
Folio:
1 Doubts: (?) 
2 He [Person A] says, “You were his attorney-in-fact, based on the [fact] that the father of this nephew of yours said,  
3 ‘Buy some things for my son in that province’.”  
4 Is this oral statement [enough to designate Person A as] attorney-in-fact, or not? Kindly explain, 
5 [given that] he neither stated, “I have made you attorney-in-fact" nor, “I order you [to be attorney-in-fact].” [He said] 
6 nothing to that effect. Kindly explain.  
7 [No,] this is not a [valid] statement for designating an attorney-in-fact.
