بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم  1
این خط فرمود نبشتن اقرار کرد ابو بکر بن عمر  2
المقیم ساکن ولایتی فیروزان وقتی اقرار بدیه [+ 1] 3
در حال صحت و جواز اقرار طایع و راغب نه بکره  4
و جبری بر آن جمله که بزنی خاست بعقد صحیح مر 5
منکوحه المسمات ستی بن محمد را چنانک خدای  6
عز و جل در محکم تنزیل خود بیان می فرماید "و انکحو[ا]  7
الایامی منکم و الصالحون من عبادکم و اما ءیکم ان یکونوا  8
فقراء یغنهم الله من فضله و الله واسع علیم" که در مذ   9
متی ویست و در گردنی وی لازم است مرقوم ویرا  10
ستی بن محمد را کابین پانصد دینار که نیمه بود دویست  11
پنجاه دینار سیم رسمی ضرب بامیان نقد وقت حقی واجب  12
دین لازم هر گاه که این منکوحه ستی بن محمد این حق طلب  13
کند تسلیم کنم و بهیچ عذری مشغول <نـ>ـگردم بگزاردنی  14
این حق این ذکر نبشتن فرمود تا وقتی حاجت حجت بود  15
باتفاق اعیان بحضوری گواهان که نامهای خود  16
در آخر این ذکر ثبت کرداند و ذالک فی التاریخ عشرین  17
ماه ربیع الاخیر سنه ثمان و تسعین و خمس مایه 18
                                     اقر بما عندی وکتب 19

Translation
Folio:
1 In the name of God, the merciful and compassionate.
2 It has ordered that this document be written: Abū Bakr b. ʿUmar, 
3 resident [and] inhabitant of Fīrūzān district, has acknowledged – and at the time of acknowledgement [was] in the village of [+ 1] –  
4 in good health and legally capable, and willfully and of his own volition and without coercion 
5 or force, the following: He has married through a valid contract 
6 the bride called Sittī bin [sic] Muḥammad, in accordance with 
7 the unambiguous revelation pronounced by the almighty God, Marry off 
8 the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male and female slaves. If they are poor, 
9 God will give them sufficiency from His bounty.
10 He is liable, and it is contingent upon him [to pay] his wife 
11 Sittī bin [sic.] Muḥammad her dower of five hundred dinars, half of which is two hundred and
12 fifty dinars, in the official silver [coinage] of the Bāmiyān mint, in the present currency, as a binding obligation and irrevocable debt. Should, at any point,
13 the bride Sittī bin [sic] Muḥammad ask for this right,
14 I shall comply and make no excuses in fulfilling this obligation. 
15 This document was ordered to be written down, so it may serve as proof when needed,  
16 at the meeting of nobles, in the presence of witnesses who have recorded their names
17 at the end of this document. This is dated the 20th of 
18 the month of Rabīʿ II 598.
19                                      He acknowledged in my presence,
20                                      and Aḥmad b. Abī Bakr wrote [it]
21                                      in his hand.
22 ʿAlī b. Abū al-Ḥusayn was a witness to that, and he wrote [it] in his hand. It was thus. It was written at the instruction of ʿUmar b. Aḥmad.    
23 The contract was made in our presence. It was written at the instruction of ʿUmar b. ʿAlī.   It was thus. It was written at the instruction of Muḥammad b. ʿAlī. Mubārak b. Muḥammad, the blessed one, was a witness to that, and he wrote [it] in his hand.
24 Maḥmūd b. Muḥammad was a witness to that. It was written at his instruction. It happened in our presence. It was written at the instruction of Abū Saʿīd.    
25 It was thus. It was written at the instruction of Muḥammad b. Ḥusayn.   Muḥammad b. Khwājagī, the blessed one, was a witness to that. It was written at his instruction. ʿAlī b. Ḥusayn was a witness to that. It was written at his instruction.
