الباب السابع عشر فی الدلالة علی البلدان و هم چنین هر اقلیمی 1
منسوبست ببرجي و ستاره ي و چون حال آن برج و ستاره قوي بود 2
حال ان اقلیم و شهر باصلاح بود و باسعادت و چون حال آن ستاره و برج 3
تباه گردد هم چنین (؟) حال ان اقلیم و شهر تباه (؟) شود (؟) [+/- 2] احکام در تحویل 4

Translation
Folio:
1 Chapter Seventeen on Guidance for Cities. Also, each clime 
2 is associated with a zodiac sign and a star. And when the condition of that zodiac sign and star is strong,
3 then the state of that clime and city is favorable and fortunate. And when the condition of that star and sign 
4 is corrupted, and likewise the state of that clime and city becomes corrupted [+/- 2 words], then judgement [needs to be sought?] from the solar return
