فی اکر فی مکر بنمش خوش بتن‌ درسۡتي فی مکروهي بانزه قفیز [+1] 4
ده قفیز جو ا بنج قفیز کندم ان جیزي اندر این وقفي‌هاسۡت 5
از اسۡیاه از بتـ[ـه] ازخار هر جیزي هسۡت این سۡیم بسۡتدیم هیج 6
کسۡ را فا وي کار نه از وقف ا تو[حـ]ف[ـه] از وانشان از ان زمیني کنوبهار اسۡت 7

Translation
Folio:
1 In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate   This letter was written to the people of Wārī
2 This letter was written concerning the acknowledgement of Aḥmad [b.] Jaj and Muḥammad [b.] Jaj. We have sold everything
3 in our endowment that pertains to its tithe, to Bū Naṣr [b.] Dāniyāl, 
4 unconditionally, to our satisfaction, in a state of sound body, and without coercion [for] 15 qafīz:
5 10 qafīz of barley and five qafīz of wheat. [The sale] includes all that [lies] within the waqf [land]-- 
6 mills, shrubs, and brambles, and anything else. We have taken this money, and 
7 shall make no [claims to] any of [the land that is our] endowment and gift in Wānshān in the tract that is Naw Bahār,
8 [+1] the plain of Bul Qāsim. I wrote this document in the month of Rabīʿ II on Wednesday
9 in the year 400. God is sufficient witness.                
10   [A]ḥmad [b.] Jaʿfar 
witnessed this and wrote it in his hand
11 Aḥmad [b.] Jaj [and Muḥammad Jaj?], we have accepted
12 Mūḥammad [b.] Riḍwān witnessed this and wrote it in his hand [+1] [b.] Aḥmad [+1] witnessed this
13 Aḥmad [b.] [+1] witnessed this and wrote it in his hand Muḥammad [b.] Abī al-Qāsim witnessed this
and write it in his hand
14 Aḥmad b.
ʿAbd al-Raḥmān, “the teacher,” witnessed this, and wrote it in his hand
Mīr Bū Naṣr witnessed this and wrote in his hand
15 Makk (?) b. K.ū.ā.y. (?) witnessed this
