یحیی بن ایوب را فروختم بهای تمام یافتم زمین ٮـ... (؟) [+/-۲] 5
و دست من از این زمین کوتاه شد از ملک من [بیرو]ن [آمد ؟ /-2+ ]حد اول ؟] 6
زمین فروشنده حد دوم جوی کلااسیا حد سیوم [+++ حد چهارم زمین ؟] 7
محمود و احمد و این (؟) چهار حد بیع مسلمانان به درستی ست (بداند؟) [که؟] 8
بیرون کردم از امروز باز ملک یحیی کردید بس ازین فرزندان[م] [اگر؟] 9

Translation
Folio:
1 In the name of God [the compassionate, the merciful].
2 This note has been written in the presence of these people [of...+/- 3].
3 Ḥusayn b. L._.k.w.k.w.h.ī, of sound body [and mind?], without [coercion?] [or force...+/- 2?]
4 [resident of ?] the village of D.r.n.k.ū [has acknowledged] that: “I have sold five donkey-loads of farming seed [and one plot of land?]  to [?]
5 Yaḥyā b. Ayyūb. I have received the full payment. [Regarding the plot of] land [...+/- 1],
6 [+/-1], I have no more access to it, [and it] is no longer my property. [The first boundary abuts?]
7 the seller’s land. The second boundary [abuts] the Kalā Āsiyā channel. The third boundary [...+ - 2.] [The fourth boundary abuts the land of]
8 Maḥmūd and Aḥmad. And these four limits have been established correctly in accordance with the [laws of?] sale of the Muslims. He shall know that [+/- 2...]
9 I have forgone. From today, it is again Yaḥyā’s property. After this, [if my] children [+/-2]
10 make any claims [on it], these are unjustified, false, and invalid. [All ownership?]
11 has been forgone, and my relatives shall have [no claim] on it, and from […+/- 2.] [This note shall serve as]
