[+/- 3...] one plot of land in the [province (?) of +/-1]
[+/- 3…] in the village of A.z.r.ū. The name of that land [is] Panjlīzh,
[the area of which is] one qawiz. This plot is delimited by four boundaries.
The first boundary faces the sunrise [and is] waqf land; the second boundary faces
the sunset, at the land of Muḥammad b. al-Ḥusayn; the third boundary
is a road; and the fourth boundary is a stream. ʿAlī b. al-Ḥusayn bought this land
from the amir Sulṭānshāh, son of the amir Aḥmad, and from Muḥammad b. Shaybān for
six thousand dirhams (?) of good, pure Khusraw-Mālikī silver [coinage minted in] the city of Vān (?), half
of which is three thousand dirhams (?). He bought this land, including all the boundaries and rights,
both small and large, interiors and exteriors, and everything that is known
to pertain to this land. [This is] a valid purchase and a valid sale of severance. It
is not a gift, not an exchange, nor anything else that could
nullify the sale. “We handed over this land for [this amount of] six thousand dirhams (?).
When we give ʿAlī the money, we get our land back. We gave
this document so it may serve as proof when necessary.
This was written in the month of Shaʿbān in the year four hundred
with one hundred and sixty-three (?).
This is witnessed by Fīrūzshāh, son of the amir Mardānshāh
This is witnessed by Sitūda b. Bāba [?] Barābī [?]  This is witnessed by Muḥammad b. Aḥmad al-Qatzhāyī [?]
It is written by ʿAlī b. ʿUthmān b. Ibrāhīm al-Jarābī [?], in his hand
