صحت و ثبات عقل طایع و راغب بران جمله کی 3
داد باید مر نایب دیوانی خداوند ملک 4
موید مظفر عالم عادل منصور مظفر شمس الدولة 5
و الدین خلد الله ملکه را از گندم پاکیزه 6
نیکو صد من نیمه بود پنجاه من از تاریخ این خط 7
تا چهار ماه بانبار خاصه تسلیم کند 8
این خط حجت بود فی الثالث عشر من شعبان 9
سنه ثلث و ستین و خمس‌مایه 10

Translation
Folio:
1 In the name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate. 
2 Kharsafar (?) b. Sīsh al-Sharāyi has acknowledged, in a state of  
3 sound body and mind, with consent and of his own volition, the following: 
4 he must give to the deputy of the lord’s diwan, the ruler, 
5 the God-assisted, the victorious, the knowledgeable, the just, the God-protected, the victorious Shams al-Dawla wa  
6 al-Dīn, may God make his realm last, pure wheat, 
7 that is of good [quality], [to the amount of] one hundred mann—half of which is fifty mann. From the date of this letter  
8 and within four months, he shall deliver this to the state warehouse. 
9 This document shall serve as proof, [and is dated] the 13th of Shaʿbān, 
10 of the year 563. 
11 Acknowledged and witnessed by Muḥammad [b.] Ḥasan The servant [of God] Maḥmūd b. Muḥammad b. ʿUmar  signed it, in his hand 
12 This is acknowledged and signed by
Muḥammad b. ʿAlī Baghlānjī, in his hand
