خواجه زکی امین الدین نجم الازکیا محمد رضي سلام بخواند و ارزومندی 4
از حد برون شناسد غرض ازین خدمت انست کی 5
چهارصد بیست هفت دلیوار سلطاني کی بنزدیک 6
توست از حساب سکه خداوندی کند معتمدی 7
کی بدین طرف آید بفرستد و اگر سیم ندارد 8
آنجا بدین جانب بي زنگی عمر خطی بنویسند تا بدهد 9
درین باب تقصیر نکند                         عمرش باد در کام مراد 10
Translation

1                                                     His slave
2                                                     Zangī Zardūz,
3 Praise be to God.
4 May Khwāja Zakī Amīn al-Dīn Najm [al-] Azkiyā Muḥammad [b.] Raḍī, read my greetings and know that my longing [to see you]
5 is limitless. The aim of this letter is for you to send the
6 four hundred and twenty-seven Ṣulṭānī dilīwārs that are with
7 you in the cash account, and to kindly send a trusted person
8 who is coming this way. And if he does not have cash
9 to hand, then he should send a letter to Zangī ʿUmar over here, so that he may give me [the money].
10 He should not delay in this matter.                         May he live in comfort
