Draft letter sent by a certain Muḥammad to his father Maḥmūd, informing him that, although he has dispatched Muḥammad to [his father], he needs him back in Bāmiyān right away, re-emphasizing the urgency of the request in the margin.

تصور کند باقی [+ 1] تصور کند زیادت باد (؟) 3
تصور کند باقی بداند کی محمد (؟) را باز (؟) فرستادم 4
در حال زمان آنچ او را باراه (؟) کردم در حال 5
ساعت او را باز فرستند هیج توقف نکند 6
مهم داند تا آنجا هیچ مقام نکند چنانک فردا 7
روزی یک شنبه بامیان باز آمده باشد تقصیر نکند 8
مرا اهل (؟) فصل (؟) شد است ولله آنچ باراه (؟) کرده‌ ام در حال 9
ساعت روان کند باز فرستد باز آید 10
(حاشیه:) مهم داند در کار جد جهد کند اگر تقصیر کند آینه موکل
