بنجاه من تخم از جمله سیصد من سر (؟) رباط 4
کی تعلق به سرهنکان دارد از همکی (؟) 5
باز ستاند تا جای دیکر بکمارند کی 6
ان روش نه تخم دارد و نه زمین 7
از دل بخواهند (؟) فی شعبان سنه اربع عشر ستمائه 8
Translation

1          ʿAlī b. Najīb
2          [Bismillāh?]
3  Shujāʿ al-Dīn Muḥammad b. Ḥasan, may God extend his glory, must
4  retrieve 50 mann of seed from a total of 300 mann from Sar-i (?) Rubāṭ
5  from all commanders (sarhangān) to whom [the 50 mann of seed] were assigned,
6  for it to be assigned somewhere else. For
7  this manner bears no seed, nor does [it signal that] they care 
8  about the land. In Shaʿbān of the year 614.
