 بخواند و بداند کی جون نبشته رسد در حال فرمان (؟) با تمامت سرهنکان خود 4
ساخته شود و رو می‌کند روز دوشنبه ٮا حح (؟) می‌باید کی جمع شویم زنهار تقصیر نکند 5
نقیب شجاع‌الدین محمد حسن می‌اید تا رعایا را جمع کند جمله روان شوند 6
Translation

1                              Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm b. Najīb
2              [Bismillāh?]
3  Be greeted, sipahsālār Jamāl al-Dīn Sharaf al-Rijāl Muḥammad b. Maḥmūd, may [God] make his fortune last!
4  Take note that as soon as this letter arrives [...+/− 1?], at that moment, an order shall be given to all your commanders
5  to head this way. We must gather on Monday [of Dhū al-Ḥijja?]. Make sure you do not tarry.
6  The naqīb Shujāʿ al-Dīn Muḥammad b. Ḥasan will also be coming to assemble the peasants (raʿāyā). Everyone must be on the move.
