تمامت پانزده خربار نیم غله را یافتم [+/- ؟] 1
بن مظفر ام و عمر کرودی (؟) صد دوازده [+/- ؟] 2
تا در دست او حجت باشد بتاریخ المنتصـ[ـف] [من شهر +/- ؟] 3
عظم الله حرمته سنه ستمائه و         کـ[ـتبه +/- ؟] 4
5 وکتب علی بن احمد بامره
6 وکتب محمد بن حسن علی احمد (؟) بامره
Translation
Folio:
1 I have received the full amount of 15 and a half donkey-loads of grain [+/- ? I, who am + 1]
2 b. Muẓaffar and ʿUmar Karūdī (?), 112 [+/- ?]    
3 so it may serve him as proof. It is dated in the middle of [the month of +/- ?]
4 may God extend its honour, in the year 600.         It was written by [+/- ?]
5 It was written at the instruction of ʿAlī b. Aḥmad.
6 It was written at the instruction of Muḥammad b. Ḥasan [b.] ʿAlī  [b.] Aḥmad.
