اقرار کردم منک حسین محمد ابو القاسمم و ابو القاسم بن الحسین از جمله 2
فرزندان ابو الحسن و علی و ابی بکر و مادر ایشان فاطمه بنت 3
ابراهیم محمود اندر حال تن‌درستی و بتمامی عقل ایشان 4
بر آن جمله کی بفروختیم جای سراخانه و یکی چوب‌پوش 5
اندر محله [مـ]سجدجبرد (؟) مر خواجه محمد خواجه ابراهیم علی را 6
مشتمل بچهار حد اول پیوسته سرای خرنده محمد براهیم 7
دوام پیوسته سراخانه خواجه مظفر مسعود و حد سه‌ام 8
ویرثان حسین عمر ناجـی (؟) و حد چهارم کوچه و طریق کی 9
در سرا بدو گشاده شود بفروختیم این جایگاه را 10
قیمت صد چهل دینار نیمه بود هفتاد دینار 11
سیم حضره بامیان بفروختیم این جایگاه را حد کرده و صفت 12
گفته اندر صدر این ذکر با جمله حدود و حقوق و مرافق 13
از قلیل و کثیر نماند ما اقرار کنندگان درین جا هیچ حقی 14
و نه ملکی این ذکر بفرمودیم تا در دست خواجه محمد 15
حجت باشد وقت حاجت در تاریخ غره ماه ربیع الاخر 16

Translation
Folio:
1 In the name of God, the merciful, the compassionate. 
2 I, Ḥusayn b. Muḥammad b. Abū al-Qāsim, have acknowledged that we, [myself and] Abū al-Qāsim b. al-Ḥusayn, [as well as]
3 the sons [of Fāṭima] — Abū al-Ḥasan, ʿAlī and Abū Bakr — and their mother Faṭima bt. 
4 Ibrāhīm b. Maḥmūd, in a state of sound body and mind, 
5 the following: We have sold the plot of land of the [manor?] house [on it], and one wood-roofed [edifice] 
6 in the Jabard Mosque (?) neighbourhood to Khwāja Muḥammad b. Khwāja Ibrāhīm b. ʿAlī, 
7 consisting of four boundaries: the first [boundary] is adjacent to the house of the buyer, Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm; 
8 the second is adjacent to Khwāja Muẓaffar b. Masʿūd’s [manor?] house; the third boundary is
9 [adjacent to the property of] the heirs of Ḥusayn b. ʿUmar b. Nājī (?); the fourth boundary [leads to] the road and the path to which 
10 the door of the house opens. We sold this place
11 at the price of one hundred and forty silver dinars, half of which is seventy dinars, 
12 [in the coinage] of the [blessed] seat of Bamiyan. We sold this place of which the boundaries have been set and which has been described 
13 at the beginning of this document, including all the boundaries, rights and appurtenances, 
14 both small and large. We, who acknowledge [this sale], retained no more rights 
15 or property in this place. We ordered this document [to be written] so that it may serve Khwāja Muḥammad 
16 as proof, as needed, on the first of Rabīʿ II in the 
17 year 596.    This is my acknowledgement and guarantee. Written by

19                                 in his hand.

made in my presence.
