An acknowledgement made by a mother to her son, that he has first refusal on the use of two plots of land, one manor house and a share of a mill. No financial transactions are implicated. The document seems to be a draft as it contains several scribal errors and lacks witness signatures that would be required to give it legal force.

Translation
Folio:
1 In the name of God, the merciful, the compassionate.
2 Fātima, daughter of the esteemed amīr, the ʿamīd Ṣalāḥ al-Dīn 
3 ʿAlī b. Masʿūd, acknowledged, in a state of good health, and wilfully and of her own volition, 
4 the following: One parcel of irrigated land in the plain of Istīb, in the place of
5 Yakrāgh (?) with [the following] boundaries: the first boundary is adjacent to the land of
6 ʿAlī b. Aḥmad (?) b. ʿUmar; the second [is] adjacent to the land of the acknowledger [i.e. Fāṭima]; the third [is] adjacent to
7 the land of Aḥmad b. Ḥākim; and the fourth [is] adjacent to the waqf land and the stream,
8 [comprising of] an area of eight gaz and ten qafīz. A second [plot of] land is located in the place of
9 Yakrāgh. Its first boundary is adjacent to the land of ʿAlī b. Aḥmad (?) b. ʿUmar; the second
10 is adjacent to the stream; the third [is] adjacent to the Qūmī stream; and the fourth
11 is adjacent to the land of Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm. On this land, there are two outbuildings
12 and one manor house (margin: the door of the house faces another direction). This [compound] is located in the Jabard Mosque (?) neighbourhood and consists of [the following] boundaries:
13 The first boundary is adjacent to the road towards Jibālayn (?); the second is adjacent to
14 the house of Abū al-Qāsim b. Ḥusayn; the third is also [adjacent to the house of] Abū al-Qāsim; the fourth is adjacent to the mosque.
15 [His rights of exclusive use apply to the following parts of] this manor house whose boundaries were delineated [above]: 
16 from the pillar of the portico wall that faces the wall of the guesthouse,  
17 to the qibla side of the house, [including everything in it], built or unbuilt;
18 the unirrigated lands, large
19 and small, in twelve mountains, hills of Kuliyān  
20 [which are broken up into] twelve parcels, [to which he has rights to] one share out of three. As for the share
21 of the mill located at the end of Istīb plain –  
22 the boundaries of which are the following: the first boundary is adjacent to the mountain; the second is adjacent to the
23 Kūhī (?) quarter; the third is [adjacent to] the stream of [+ 1]; the fourth is [adjacent to] the stream of [+ 1]
24 of the mill – it has been set at three days and a half per month.
25 As for the unirrigated plot of land located in Wakhkuhak (?), its boundaries are the following:
26 the first boundary is adjacent to the hard [unploughed] ground; the second is adjacent to the land of Ḥasan b. Ḥusayn b. Ḥasan;
27 the third and fourth are adjacent to the land belonging to the heirs of ʿUmar b. Abī Bakr. 
28-31 Regarding all these things mentioned in this document, she acknowledged, in a valid and sound acknowledgement, that her son, Muḥammad b. Ibrāhīm, has first priority when it comes to using these lands and the manor house, including all the [associated] rights. No one else has any rights to these things.
32 She requested that this document be written 
33-34 as confirmation [and] proof, on the date of the 2nd of Rabīʿ II, 593.
