اقرار کرد خواجه علی بن عمر عثمان در حال صحت و ثبات عقل طایع و راغب 1
بی کرهی و جبری برانجمله کی داد باید مر خواجه محمد بن محمود را از گندم 2
نیکو تیرماهی ببیع سلم با شرایط درست پنجاه من کی نیمه باشد 3
بیست پنج من حق واجب و دین لازم مهلت تا ده ماه پیوسته رساند 4
و هیچ عذری مشغول نگردد این خط نبشته آمد گواهی کسان 5
کی نام‌هاء خود در اخر این ذکر ثبت کنند و ذالک فی                               ابو بکر علی 6
                        غره جمادی الاخر سنه سبع عشره و ستمائه                 بخط[ـه] 7

Translation
Folio:
1 Khwāja ʿAlī b. ʿUmar [b.] ʿUthmān acknowledged, in a state of sound body and mind, with consent and of his own volition,
2 without coercion or force, that Khwāja Muḥammad b. Maḥmūd must be given by 50 mann of
3 high-quality wheat from the autumn [harvest], half of which is 25 mann, in a salam sale, made under valid conditions.
4 This is a binding obligation and an irrevocable debt that is due to be repaid in ten successive months,
5 and without any excuses. This deed was written, and witnessed by the people
6 who shall record their names at the end of this document. This [was written]
7 in the beginning of Jumādā II of the year 617.           Abū Bakr [b.]  ʿAlī, [wrote this] in his hand.
1 Muḥammad b. ʿUmar [b.] Ḥusayn, known as Ḥakīm, witnessed this and signed it. Acknowledged Abū Bakr b. Maymūn ʿAbd Allāh, acknowledged what is therein
and wrote in his own hand
2   Masʿūd b. Īzadyār b. Muḥammad Mīr[ak?] has acknowledged what is herein and signed this
