Content
Fragment of a letter mentioning the need to hand someone over to a high-ranking official titled ṣudūr-i jahān, after the former had seized the property of Muslims and of a certain Khusraw Khurdād. The wide line spacing and overall format of the letter suggest it was issued by a state official or within a diwan.
