Khwāja Hindū (?) b. Muḥammad b. Aḥmad al-Rīkān (?) Ghūnī, in a state of being legally capable of
acknowledgement and with authority to effect [legal] actions, voluntarily, wilfully and without coercion or force
the following: one parcel of land that he owned in the village of Ghūn, located in Jūy-i Āsiyāh,
and consisting of four boundaries. The first boundary is adjacent to the land of Ghaffār b. Muḥammad b. Aḥmad.
The second [boundary] is also adjacent to the land of Ghaffār b. Muḥammad b. Aḥmad. The third [boundary]
is adjacent to the millstream. The fourth [boundary] is adjacent [to] the land of ʿAlī b. ʿUmar Jamāl.
Out of this parcel of land–which has been delimited, with all its rights,
including its vines, saplings, trees, arable and non-arable land, its interiors and exteriors, and anything else that this is added or related to it–
he sold one out of total of two shares (which constitutes half of the plot). He also sold
one unit of land, that is a willow grove, which belonged to him, and which is also located
in Jūy-i Āsiyāh, with the [the following] four boundaries: The first boundary is adjacent to the land of the mentioned Ghaffār b. Muḥammad.
The second [boundary] is adjacent to this land that was just explained and delimited. The third [boundary]
is Kurrāb-i Andara (?). The fourth [boundary] is the land of ʿAlī b. ʿUmar Jamāl. This one parcel  of land–which has been
delimited, with all its rights, including its fruit-bearing and non-bearing trees, arable and non-arable,
