پاکیزه نیکو رسیده آبی بوجه سلم با شرایط شرعی 4
دیویست من کی نیمه بود صد من حق واجب و دین لازم 5
و اینرا رجوع کرده نباشد الا بگزاردن این حق بتمامی 6
و مهلت تا سه ماه پیوسته بدهم و هیچ عذری نگویم 7
و این خط حجت بازدادم تا حجت بود تاریخ ماه 8
جمٮدی اولی سنه سبع و عشرستمائه                                               وکتبه امیرک محمد 9

Translation
Folio:
1 I, who am the amīr ʿUthmān b. Muḥammad, have accepted, in a state
2 of good health and sound mind, and with consent and of my own volition, that:
3 I must deliver to the noble, respectable and honourable amīr Jamāl al-Dīn Muḥammad,
4 pure, high-quality, and irrigated grain through a salam [sale] in accordance with legal requirements, [to the amount of]
5 200 mann, half of which is 100 mann. This is a binding obligation and irrevocable debt.
6 This agreement is unalterable and can only be discharged by complete fulfilment.
7 I should deliver within three successive months, without any excuses.
8 I handed back this document of proof, so it may serve as proof. The date is the month of
9 Jumādī I in the year 617.                                                  This was written by Amīrak b. ʿUthmān,
