Translation
Folio:
1     [Bismillāh?]
2     [+/− 1?]-shāh has acknowledged, in a state of sound body and [mind], with consent and of his own volition, 
3     without coercion or force, that he sold in an advance sale to Jamāl al-Dīn
4     Muḥammad b. Maḥmūd 50 mann of high-quality and fully grown wheat, half of which is 25 mann.
5     [This is] a binding obligation and an irrevocable debt that [should be] delivered within a month’s time, without any excuse. 
6     This document was ordered to [be written] to serve as proof at the time of need. It is [dated] in the month of Jumādā II 
7     [of the year] 618.       
8 It was witnessed by It was witnessed by [Signed] in the hand of
9 Amīrak b. Ḥājjī (?), [written] at his order. Ḥasan b. Muḥammad [ +/− 1?],
[written] at his order.
