Note by ʿUthmān b. ʿUmar Tūlakī (?) to ṣadr-i ajall-i Jamāl al-Dīn [b.] Muḥammad [b.] Maḥmūd confirming delivery of 100 mann grain in accordance with ḥukm-i ḍimānī, and agreement to return to whoever (in admin) asks for it back.

بنجاه من                      چون فرمان (؟) شود هر کی خواهد 5
تسلیم کنم بتاریخ رجب سنه سته عشر ستما (؟) 6

Translation
Folio:
1 [Bismillāh]
2 I, who am ʿUthmān b. ʿUmar, have received [100 mann of grain] by the hand of
3 Jamāl al-Dīn Muḥammad [b.] Maḥmūd. [I] accept full liability [for what has been] provisioned [to me] by the ṣadr-i ajall,
4 the munificent and respected Jamāl al-Dīn. [The amount is] one hundred mann of grain,
5 [half of which is] fifty mann.     Whenever he instructs me, I shall pass it on to whoever he wants.
6 Dated Rajab in the year 6[?]16,
7 [by] ʿUthmān [al-] Tūlakī (?).
