Translation
Folio:
1  [Bismillāh?]
2  I, ʿUthmān b. ʿUmar, have received by the hand of
3  Jamāl al-Dīn Muḥammad b. Maḥmūd, accepting full liability, [what has been] provided [to me] by the illustrious lord, 
4  the munificent and respected Jamāl al-Dīn: 100 mann of grain,
5  [half of which is] 50 mann. Whenever he tells me, I shall pass it on to whomever he wants. 
6  Dated Rajab in the year 616 (?),
7  [by] ʿUthmān [al-]Tūlakī (?).
